Prather is a breath of fresh air. He teaches upon his learnings in industry and not the textbook (which he does incorperate). Paul is a good compitent businessman and I wish I have teachers like him @ UCLA's Gradschool

Prather is incredible. He has real world experience, unlike many other profs. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, and his enthusiasm is contagious. Fantastic professor, offers real-world tips and practical advice you can greatly benefit from today. You won't find any dry theory here.
