Walter, William  

He's a great professor and helped everyone when they didn't understand the material even if you have no background in physics

Walter is excellent for his real world experience as a practicing lawyer. Unfortunately, he is disorganized and constantly extends deadlines or changes the lesson plan. I feel that he provided a good introduction to business law. The homework and tests were minimal. He grades early assignments strictly, but curves at the end.
