Dr. Pederson is such a great teacher and person. Her lectures are really easy to follow. This class was not a lot of work, she is realistic about how much time you should spend on assignments. I would definitely take her again!

Dr Pedersen is an exceptionally nice woman on a personal level, but in the classroom setting, I was somewhat disappointed. I felt like she was disorganized with her powerpoint lectures (that's pretty hard to do!), she always had typos on her handouts, and her tests did not reflect the level of knowledge the class should have had. I didn't even finish studying for a test because I was so frustrated with her notes and I got a high B--how is this possible?! Not that I'm complaining, but I am. This is an important course for FSN majors and I'd hate to think it's that easy to get an A or B in.

She is the best. She is thorough and clear. The materail is difficult, but she is very willing to help you understand. Her tests are essay and were tough even with the study guides. Her projects prepared us for the tests and taught us new learning strategies.

During this entire quarter all I could think about was how this professor reminded me of that small little dog that runs through the back of scene 23 in The Incredibles by Pixar. Seriously, if you look it up you will only be able to see it...
