Dr. Yeung is the FUCKING man. He always is super excited to talk about milk fat globules and he genuinely is jazzed to see his students every morning. It's kind of a dry subject but I have never met someone as excited to talk about regenerator plates as this man. He really loves butter, and when students say good morning to him. Sometimes in lab he walks around with a big knife that says "celebrate" on it. He also gives students gallons of cream and mason jars to go make their own butter. He is a dope dude. I really recommend him.

He's not the greatest teacher but he's a bit over average. His class gets really boring!!!!!!!!!! If you aren't a dairy science major, I recommend you to not take this class. His tests are decent, study pretty much everything, he tends to pick the most odd questions. Some of his quiz questions are on his powerpoints, which is beneficial. If you're sitting in the back, don't because you can't understand a word he says. Overall I recommend his class if you're a dairy science major.

Dr. Yeung is the greatest. He is so funny and really cares about his students. He always wants to know everyone's business which makes him super likable. He always talks about the funniest things and he gives the most random examples that always get the class laughing. The only downside is that Dr. Yeung goes into great detail and his lectures are loaded with information so you really have to study for his exams. Not that they are hard or anything, you just never know what is going to show up. Quizzes are very simple and labs are so much fun and always end early (best feeling ever). Overall, Dr. Yeung has been one of the best professors I have had due to his amazing personality.

Love this man so much. Dr. Yeung cares about his students and tries to get everyone engaged. Quizzes are hard and specific to the powerpoints, but as long as you don't get 0's it doesn't tank your grade. His labs always get let out early and are usually pretty fun. If you go to all of them you will raise your grade a lot (you get 10 points for going to each lab). 2 midterms and 1 final that were all pretty difficult, but not that bad with a full sheet of paper (front and back) of notes that he lets you have. Plus he lets you have TWO full sheets of paper for the final because it is cumulative

Dr. Yeung presents material clearly and knows a ton about dairy processing. As long as you take good notes in lecture, you'll do fine on quizzes and tests. We were allowed to bring in a full sheet of notes (front and back) for the final, so I got an easy A in this class. He is overall a sweet professor who will try to make awkward jokes throughout his lectures. Straightforward class and not demanding as long as you put in the effort.

10/10. very kind professor and tried to crack jokes that made the whole class smile and shake their heads while laughing. the labs are easy. midterms are manageable if you're willing to review the powerpoint. no need to take notes in class (or even show up) because everything is posted to poly learn. there's two midterms, four quizzes, a final and a weekly lab that goes with the course. all in all very pleased with this class

Dr. Yeung presents Dairy Science materials in a way that's easy and fun to learn. All of his labs coincided with his lectures. His tests and final are based off of his PowerPoint lectures and there's no book required. Field trip to World AG Expo for an easy 10 points. Would definitely take him again!

I love Dr. Yeung. He is so fun and this class was super fun. There was about 10 of us in the class so it was super low key. He is willing to give one on one time which is cool. We had labs but always got out early. It is an interesting class and Dr. Yeung is probably one of the only professors in the dairy department I am willing to take classes with. He isn't condescending like the other ones which is cool. He respects you.
