This class was pretty straightforward. There are super easy online quizzes worth 20% of your grade and there are only two exams all quarter(midterm and a final). Each test is only worth 10%. With that being said, the group project is basically the remainder of your grade at 40%. There was also a participation and activities section worth 20%, which can really factor into your grade. Anyway, the group project required SOOO much time outside the classroom and all groups were picked randomly. The project wasn't too horrible, but it did require a lot of work and took the entire quarter to complete. I liked the class overall. I would recommend taking Roberts. He's nothing special, but certainly knows what he's talking about. He kinda rambles on at times however, and can really get off topic. Oh and the exams are super easy. They're basically the exact questions from the online homework quizzes. It's definitely possible to get an A in the class. I got an 89%. The only thing that significantly lowered my grade was participation, so just try to speak up during class and you should be fine. He also grades somewhat harshly on the project.

Guy is a big fat kike. He doesn't know how to teach and is totally misleading in every way possible. Totally biased when grading everything and it has to be his way. He's funny, but puts on his jewish hat when grading assignments. Don't take him, seriously. Clearly he teaches for extra cash in his pocket.

this guy is a fucking jew. he is pretty much useless and completely biased on everything. He thinks he's mark cuban from shark tank when your presenting your product at the end of the quarter, but in reality, he's just a big kike who is a lecturer. how does this guy teach a course..

DO NOT TAKE ROBERTS!! He is a terrible professor and does not explain anything well at all. He completely screws you over on the group project that is worth a lot of your grade. He doesn't have a freaking clue about what he is doing and is so unorganized. This dude is a joke so dont take him. Save yourself.

He doesn't really teach anything. He just talks about himself for most of the class. The quizzes are easy but most of the class is the project. Even our mentors agree he's a great guy but can't teach. Is he Jewish? I never heard anything about it, but a couple of these reviews seem pretty passionate about it.

Do not take Roberts. He tells you that you are doing well on the final report throughout the quarter, then grades very harshly when you submit it. He doesn't use powerpoints in class and rambles on about himself. He does not teach you anything in class that will be on the tests, all the test questions are from the bank that are used for the online quizzes. The best way to study for the tests are to study the quizzes or get a hold of the 2,000 question test bank.

Maybe for other classes he is a good professor, but DO NOT take him for 387. He is a terrible instructor and is very difficult to work with. During the professor evaluations in class when he left the room, everyone joked about how terrible we were going to grade him. His quizzes and exams are not reflective of whether you grasp the material. He asks questions from the book that are taken from the most arbitrary sentences in the book. He makes an easy class EXTREMELY monotonous, time consuming, and unnecessarily difficult. Just avoid hime for 387.

Professor Roberts genuinely tries to improve the course and is willing to listen to student feedback. The class is graded based on participation, class activities, 2 exams, and 2 journal papers. The work isn't too strenuous but does require some effort. He has a ton of relevant experience that everyone can learn from.
