Professor Loehr is young, in her mid 20's, laid back, fun, a good teacher, and most importantly she is pretty SEXY. She has a NICE BUTT that is fun to look at when she writes on the board. Loehr genuinely wants everyone to succeed. This class has 2 midterms, no final, but does have a final project that isn't too strenuous. There is also homework and in class assignments nearly every class that are very manageable. Overall a great experience and would recommend this class/professor.

Professor Loehr was one of the best professors I've had at Cal Poly. Each class, she spends half the time lecturing and presenting the new material, and the second half gives an assignments for you to try in class. Professor Loehr also works in the industry and provides great insight and real-world experience to make it relevant. Great class to take to learn about financing and why it is special for ag. Highly recommend Professor Loehr.
