I absolutely loved Prof G. It was her first quarter teaching (not just at Poly, but ever) and she was fantastic. Although not all the information presented was the most intriguing, she understood this, took frequent breaks, cracked jokes to keep us mentally present, and still got the facts across. She was extremely helpful with questions, very fair in her grading, and offered tons of extra credit. She recognizes and respects student difficulties, even personal problems. She took a true interest in her students, and was all around an extremely effective professor. I would be honored to take any class Prof G ever teaches again.

This class was great. Giseli is so sweet and really wants students to learn. Lectures were interesting and she brought in many geust speakers and played documentaries to make class interesting. The class was easy and as long as you tried on the group project and did well on the easy midterm and final your set. She is very knowledgable and approachable.
