Awesome prof, gives great real life examples, caters class to meet student needs, comes full of energy and gets you excited on a subject that can be dull or really complicated. Russ keeps you interested in the class, gives weekly homework, and has two midterms that averaged about a C and a B. TAKE HIM if you get the chance!

He's pretty good professor. He wants to make sure everyone passes with a good grade at that! Unfortunate, because he grades so easy there is no real push to thoroughly understand the material because he grades very easily. You will come out with a good understanding of the material if you try to learn the material because he really wants to help you. But you don't have to put too much effort in to get that sweet A.
