By FAR the best math teacher I've ever encountered. She knew the material very well, presented it in a fun and entertaining way that really held your attention, and would do everything she could to help you understand a concept that you're having difficulties with. She was excellent about making extra office hours if you couldn't be there for her regular ones, and during tests she would do what she could to help guide you if you couldn't remember something (without outright telling you what to do). Her homework load could be a bit heavy, but not terribly so (usually between 40 and 60 questions). She would post the assignment every week on blackboard (usually around Friday or Saturday so you could attempt it over the weekend and ask questions on Monday), and it would be due at the end of the week, so as long as you tried to spread it out during the week it wasn't bad. The tests were usually about 12 questions long (17 for the final), and the class before the test she would go over what she wanted you to know, so there were no surprises. Excellent, excellent teacher. I wish all math professors could be like her.
