Dr. Mulligan is the sweetest professor on Cal Poly's campus...by far. The class is enjoyable, and very easy. There is a lot of work, but nothing that should take more than 20 or 30 minutes TOPS to complete. She loves each and every one of her students, and encourages everyone to be a great teacher. She loves to talk about families, children with special needs, and your past experience. Make sure to show up every day, or she will insist that you do extra credit, because she wants each and every student to get an A in the class. This is probably my favorite professor at Cal Poly. She is adorable, too!

Dr. Mulligan is the sweetest lady ever! She winks at you throughout the class and is consistently complimenting everyone on how good of a job they are doing. The class consisted of three 4-5 page observation papers, a one page essay about yourself, a 3 page reflection paper, and a take home essay exam. That's it! This is a really easy and fascinating class, but it's important to show up every day. She also often brought us snacks!

Patricia is the sweetest, most genuine, loving woman I've ever met. She brought us snacks for every single class, she gave us class parties and she truly loves all of her students. I never missed class because there was no reason to not want to be there. You quickly bond with the other students & in the end become one big family! As far as the actual course goes, it is incredibly easy, just opinions and reading the text book. I highly recommend her as a teacher & wish she would teach me in every subject. Love the Mull <3

This class was very enjoyable with Dr. Mulligan. She is very experienced in her field, and is very sweet. The workload is very minimum. We have to go out to school sites and interview students. We went to Pacheco and Laguna. We also had 3 papers and an end of the quarter reflection. As a class, I felt like I actually knew all the people in the class. Dr. Mulligan is very passionate and knowledgeable about teaching. She is very flexible and understanding when turning in chapter assignments. I personally would recommend Dr. Mulligan, plus she gives snacks almost every class lecture. Sweet lady.
