She is way cool teacher. The best teacher I had. She is way funny and chill person everyone will like her. She is young and understands how young people think. Very interesting topics for essay not boring like other English teachers. A+ for a teacher

I was so glad to be in Ms. Martin's class. Sadie is the best English teacher ever. She is very caring and always spend extra time help you improve your writing skills. Take her course and you wont regret !!!

Sadie is a great teacher. She is young and can therefore connect with students; something most professors can't do. She knows her stuff and I gurantee you will be a better writer after you take her calss, whether you care or not. She is laid back, not a stickler and funny.

I absolutely loved this class. Sadie was an amazing teacher. She is young and fresh and made sure class was new and interesting every time we stepped into the classroom. Whether it was writing about a chocolate kiss for 20 minutes without using the words "milk" or "chocolate" or watching movies about writers, playing with play-dough to help learn how to write directions effectively, she helped my writing excel to new levels that I didnt know I could reach. She is always available to help a student and lets you re-write essays so it is almost vertually impossible to not get a good grade if you do your work.

Sadie is great, she's fun, funny, and being young able to connect to students. She keeps the class new and interesting always trying out new projects to keep us having fun while writing. She was always available during office hours when you wanted extra advice on writing. If she's an option for your class take her.

If you want a good experience taking english I definitely say take Sadie. There is no other english teacher on campus that has you write without stopping and it doesnt matter if you write about purple ham sandwhich tornadoes and I quote that. She is extremely energetic and keeps the classes attention even when ur class is right before lunch. shes extremely open and happy to help.

I absolutely loved this class. Sadie is a great teacher. She keeps the class new can connect with students. Whether it was writing about a Robot or about sand drifting. She actually provides helpful comments on your papers, and lets you revise them until you can get it the best you can. The textbooks was also great, it was actually a newer text book that kept the homework assignments actually interesting, though I never did the reading. I just answered the question. She also lets you chose any topic you want for your essays.

Having taken Sadie my first quarter of freshman year, I can still say without a doubt that she's the best teacher I've ever had. She's always willing to work with students, incredibly understanding, and totally chill! Very manageable course load, very cool woman. Highly recommended.

She is by far my favorite teacher on campus!!! You are lucky if you get in her class. She allows as much revision as you want. Each time your grade gets better and better. Basically she has the best humor and always keeps your attention. She cares about students and believes if its a FUCKING BEAUTIFUL DAY.. WE SHOULD ALL JUST CANCEL CLASS AND GO OUT SIDE!!

I had Sadie during my winter quarter. My roommates told me to take her and that her class would probably be the best class I would ever take at Poly, and they were right. Sadie is always willing to go the extra mile to help you on your essays. You can easily get an A in the class because she allows you to revise them and you can go into her office hours to see what she wants so you can get an A. I had her class at 7 am which is good and bad. Her teaching style and personality made me want to get out of bed and go to class, but sometimes she would not show up to class which sucked (she sent out emails 2 out of the 4 times), but she brought coffee one day to class which made up for it. I definitely want to take her 145 class!

There is a reason this teacher has a 4.00 on polyratings. She is truly amazing. She truly helped me become a better writer. She helps you learn from your mistakes by letting you revise you essays as many times as you want to receive the grade that you wish. She lets you be creative, which is great, she focuses on the positive and the things you do correctly instead of your mistakes. She helped me out with my personal life as well and she is SUPER funny. If you need to take English 134 or 145 I would definitelyr recommend you to try your best to take her. I havent taken 145 yet, but i'm waiting to take it with her.

4 essays is your grade that is all I have to say. There is daily readings to do which she speaks about the next day in class. She is funny and is very understanding. Just show up and do your essays. I would recommend anyone to take her if she is still here!

Sadie is an awesome teacher! She is very funny and makes class so enjoyable! She helps her students when they need and is very clear on what she expects. She is very understand too! There are 3 papers due in the quarter. A small worksheet that is considered a midterm, but really isn't. This class is amazing! I love her!
