He is a pretty good teacher. Im not sure how hard the class is suppose to be, but i feel like its a pretty easy class if you go to lecture and do the homework. Tests are at a good level, if you know the general concepts and equations you will do well, but to get an A you have to know the material well. My only complaint involves his use of power point. He uses it for all his lectures and lectures off the slides, but i was sometimes left yearning to see him write out an example on the board. Another confusing point was that he doesn't make lecture Power Point slides available on Blackboard, which would come in handy; I'd rather look at the sharp graphic then look at my crappy scribble copy of it as he flew through the slides in class.
