Jess is awesome. You give 5 speeches the first of which is not graded. Graded speeches are infomative, persuasive, special occasion, and an improptu. You can choose any topic you want (except improptu which you pull from a hat). She doesnt have any stupid dress code policies and her grades are more then fair. Her class is a pleasure, but not widely offered. You'll be lucky to get her if you can.

Do yourself a favor an take Jess. Her class is great and even if u r an all science oriented kind of person, u will enjoy this class.

Jess is a great teacher, she really gets the students involved. If you have a problem or don't understand something go talk to her! Shes more than willing to help... and if you do go you will get to see her oscar the grouch collection! Take Jess!
