Sutter, Wendy  

Wendy is an awesome teacher. The only reason I got such a bad grade was cause I had some major family drama going on and I missed a bunch of homework. Go to her office hours and if you have any problems go talk to her. Definatly knows her shit.

I loved professor Sutter. She is really young and she can relate to being a student because she herself just finished school. The first day of class you may think that she's another student because she brings a backpack with her and she looks young. There is a quiz about once a week. She gives you all the homework assignments with due dates, quizzes and tests with when they are going to be and what they will cover all on the first day of class. Attendance isn't mandatory but she will not accept late work; so if you need to miss then give your homework to a friend to turn in for you. If you have a conflict with one of the tests she is very flexible and might alow you to take it early. If you have any questions or problems she is more than willing to help and try to work with your schedule. My advice is to take her class.

Wow! This class was soooo very easy! Going into the final, I had an 102%. She gives out extra credit on every test, most of the quizzes, and most of the homework. The extra credit isn't even hard, plus, she gives a lot of points for them. Most of the time, it's material you should know anyways. I never studied more than an hour for any of the tests, including the final. You get to bring a notecard to the final which makes studying not even necessary at all. And her extra credit questions for the final were: what is my kitty's name and what are you doing for spring break? they were 3 points EACH. She is very generous and she explains everything very thoroughly and very well. She is totally approachable and will go out of her way to help any student out. I would HIGHLY recommend taking this teacher. highly.

This is only my third quarter, but I wish every professor explained and clarified as well as Wendy Sutter did. I felt she was sympathetic to slower learners, maybe she tutored them a lot. Everything was straightforward and doable.

It is a math class, so obviously it sucks. However, Wendy is a very kind and understanding person. There is hw for every section, but it is a reasonable amount. There are 3 exams and a cumulative final. I recommend this class, you learn what you need, and don't have to put up with a douche bag professor.
