Ronca is a good business law teacher. Even though his lectures at times can be boring, but then again all lectures no matter the teacher can be boring here and there ... he relates very well to his students and since he is a lawyer himself he oftens tells us of his cases that he deals with. There are 3 tests in the class, all very easy, based on lecture, straight from the book. I recommend this teacher!

Mr. Ronca is a really nice guy and a really great teacher. I had him 8-10 am MW. He let us out early every session. Usually we didn't stay past 9:00. His midterms are really easy. They're about 60 questions. I usually finished them in about 30 mins. His final was basically the same. It was a few more questions, but I still finished in less than 45 mins. He lectures straight from the book. He does take attendance occasionally, so make sure you show up. One of the best things is that he only goes over the material that he deems necessary for you to know. He would always tell us what to read and what not to read for the class. We often skipped whole sections of a chapter which was really cool. Take good notes on the lecture, know the material straight from the book, and you'll get a good grade. That's all I did, and I got an A.

He's an awesome teacher! He is a real full time lawyer so he tells about his real life cases. Definitely take him!!!

Ronca was an easy teacher, no doubt about that. If you know the terms which are in bold in the book, you'll do fine on the test. The only thing i didn't like about him is that I really don't think i got anything out of the class. It was so easy that I learned nothing. If you're thinking about going into business law, i wouldnt' take him. BUT, if you just need a good grade for a class you don't think you'll ever use anyway, he's your man.

Very awesome guy...Likes to crack jokes at students who really stand out in class by participating the most (since I was one of them). Tests were straightforward (just write down what he says as much as you get), open book and notes. It was fun hearing about past cases and clients, learning about their estates and how the law operates. From this class, I learned about the stuff that I will encounter the most in this area of taxation. Overall great class and I hope Prof Ronca comes back next year to teach again.
