Multari is a good professor. He explains the material clearly, which is uncommon for professors at this school. The material for this class is dull and not challenging in any way, but Multari makes it tolerable. It is so easy to get an A in this class; just do the simple (and I do mean simple) assignments and take notes. The tests are worth just as many points as the assignments, so don't sweat them at all. We never ran into the "activity" portion of this class by more than a few minutes (and even then only once), so don't worry about wasting more than an hour and a half in a boring class. Since Multari doesn't take attendance, I suggest rotating days with a friend you trust. It makes it even easier.

This is the second class I've taken with Mike Multari.... I took 315 (fiscal feasibility) the quarter before last. Both classes, I've found Mike's laid-back attitude and ability to lecture on the same level as the students to be well-worth it. The work is to-the-point and fairly simplistic... he just wants to make sure you have the concept down. His professional experience allows him to effectively convey real-world knowledge to the class. He's always willing to answer questions. And his homework policy.... "make sure you turn it in by the end of the quarter"... allows us to work around the major projects and tests we have for the more time-consuming lab classes. So far, two of the best professors I've had in CRP came from the Crawford/Multari/Clark firm (Chris Clark for 420 is an experience!). This class was a contrast from what I've heard from my friends who took 213 last year with Topping.... (i heard that Topping is MORE boring than Siembieda!!!). So, yeah, if you have a chance to take a class with Mike Multari, it's definitely worth it... and if you put in a marginal amount of effort, you'll have no problem getting an A or high B.

Don't be fooled by Multari's low-key approach to his classes: you'll learn a lot. Yes, he is pretty laid-back when it comes to accepting assignments late, but he seems to realize that there's more to learning than a difficult homework load. Multari presented the material clearly. I couldn't imagine learning about taxes, loan financing, and proformas more easily than from Multari. While it's a requirement for CRP students, this course would be great for anyonoe looking to grasp the intricacies of real-estate finance without drowning in confusing language. For someone with immense experience in real estate and planning, Multari really comes down to the students' level without seeming condescending, and he's very approachable. Top notch!

Multari is a great, understanding professor. He makes the course simple enough to where anyone can get an A if you pay attention in class. Sometimes the topics are quite dull, but they are definitely important to know, and he presents them simply enough to where anyone can understand. Basically, pay attention and you will get an A...And anyone in class who says that the class was stupid or pointless are idiots.

Multari is LEGIT. You will actually learn alot in this class, but he makes it so easy and interesting. You can turn in any assignment up until the last day of class, but the earlier you turn it in he lets you fix your mistakes to get a 100. Just showing up to the lab is 25 percent of your grade, and it never went the whole time. He is really nice and understanding and wants to give good grades (he doesnt even say what a d/f grade is on the syllabus because i dont think anyone ever scores that low). His tests are really straightforward and he always has a "review day" the class before where he goes through the test and tells you everything you need to know. He is a really easy teacher, but you actually learn alot too, but at an easy and slow pace. if you need to take this class take it with multari!

Received an A. Amazing professor! He teaches you the fundamentals of how to do a pro forma in excel. You need to know basic excel for the labs. After taking this class I became really educated in calculating the costs of opening up a hotel, to deciding of renting out a house vs buying, and even potentially creating my own restaurant fast food chain while understanding the start-up costs. If this class did anything for me it is that it allowed me too seek entrepreneur opportunities. P.S. I finished the quiz #1 in less than 45 seconds beat my record hehe:)
