Westmoreland, Erin  

Professor Westmoreland is an excellent instructor for the introduction to CAD class as she is an industry professional and brings a wealth of personal experience from the field into her class. She demonstrated every command we would need to use prior to the lab that was due for that section, and walked around during the class to answer questions and help students. Professor Westmoreland is a very nice person who brings a lot to Cal Poly, and understands how to use the program extremely well.

Erin is really nice and really cares about the students. She works with CAD for her engineering job, so she's very knowledgeable about the program. Before the midterm and final, she ran through a thorough practice one in class that covered everything you would need to know, and you got a 3x5 card to use. no homework, except for one decent project at the end. I hated the class at the time, because it's hard to learn the program, but once you get it, you'll be fine. Erin is a fair and intelligent professor that I would definitely recommend.

She is the sweetest teacher ever! Highly recommend taking her, she grades very fairly and knows her stuff

I love Erin. She would explain how to do the assignment for the first 30 minutes to an hour of class and then let us do the assignments she created for the rest of the time and we could leave when we finished. She would walk around the room and help anyone that needed it. I already had experience with the CAD program beforehand, so this was a really easy class for me, but she is still an overall great professor.
